    Who we are

    The CPS Group was formed in 2000, and has evolved through both acquisitions and organic growth. The organisation today consists of a number of Strategic Business Units, enabling vertical integration and synergies between the SBU’s. This facilitates the ability to offer competitive products and services to the market place.

    OASIS Projects is a division within the CPS Group, offering a service to procure, supply, deliver and commission a broad range of products and services to Hospitality and Catering establishments, and remote site accommodation throughout Africa and the Indian Ocean islands.

    What we do

    Products and services are provided through our administration, showroom, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facilities based in Ballito, KZN and Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa and our Mozambique partnership.

    In addition to this, the organisation has a permanent international infrastructure, through which various raw materials and finished goods are imported, for both stock and project requirements. Long standing relationships have been established with international factories, which are visited at least every two months by management, ensuring consistency of high quality products. While a total procurement solution is offered, continued replenishment of products together with site maintenance and service requirements is provided.
